"I stopped by on a busy Friday winter night and the place was packed, but the experience was well worth it! The staff is incredibly polite and patient despite the crowd. The ice cream tastes amazing, but the presentation is the real showstopper—they serve the scoops in a beautiful rose shape on the cone! Pro-tip for first-timers: You pay for the size/quantity first at the counter, and then you get to taste any flavors you like to build your creation. You can mix up to 4 different flavors in one cone or cup. Highly recommend!"

Very good. It's always crowded and we have to wait at least 30 mins to get there. We had pistachio, caramello and dark chocolate flavors. Dark chocolate was superb, whereas caramello was kindof okay, but pistachio had a burnt flavor, which we didn't like.

Best service from Vaughn! He was full of energy and said he can create petals with 8 flavors, so I got to try all the flavors I wanted. He’s the best! He loves to create the rose! Look for him if you’re indecisive like me 🤣

This place has a magical allure, yet it always seems to have a long line. I decided to try three flavors on a cone: tiramisu, hazelnuts, and pistachios. The gelato was delicious, but I found the portions to be small and the prices a bit steep.
