Here again, we meticulously searched to find the perfect coffee blend. Our aim was to find a blend that provided a balanced but intense flavour with a lingering after taste. The result? A beautifully hazelnut-coloured ice cream with character and a taste bud sensation.

A strong but balanced taste but not too dominant, as to blend well with other flavours.
We believe that by using only organic and natural products (no additives or preservatives) and by sourcing from only reputable suppliers, we are able to get the best flavour in our ice creams. Our recipes take into the consideration the time needed for each flavour to mature and develop its full potential.
