Origin of our Passion Fruit
Originally from Brazil, passion fruit is now cultivated in other tropical regions of the world. It was the Christian missionaries who named the passion flower. This name is perfectly suited to this marvellous taste. In fact, the different shapes of the fruit reminded them of Christ’s crucifixion.
