The raspberry is the fruit which contains the highest mineral density. Its taste combines sweetness, tanginess and freshness. Fragrant, the palate enjoys the natural and sweet notes. Given the delicate nature of this fruit, it is very difficult to transport and thus our ice cream can only be churned when the fruit is fully ripe.
This flavour is only available in our shops when raspberries are in season, which is usually from April through October or for as long as they are available. Raspberries can be found in all of Europe as well as in Asia and North America.
We pay particular attention to this special and delicate fruit! With absolutely no additives, only the best fruits make for pure happiness. We select only the very best raspberries - sweet, slightly tart and with an intense flavour.
We believe that by using only organic and natural products (no additives or preservatives) and by sourcing from only reputable suppliers, we are able to get the best flavour in our ice creams. Our recipes take into the consideration the time needed for each flavour to mature and develop its full potential.
