Respect Mother nature’s pace and be prepared to be delighted by simple pleasures…what a wonderful way to enjoy life. We prepare this sorbet only when strawberries are in season. By selecting only ripe strawberries , we obtain a true flavoured and intensely coloured sorbet.
The strawberry, as we now know it, is the result of cross breeds of American wild strawberries. We take the greatest care with the selection of the fruit – they are only gathered once fully mature so we can guarantee a powerful authentic flavour. That is why you’ll only find our strawberry sorbet available in our shops from March through end September.
Our strawberry sorbet will literally melt in your mouth as it contains a minimum of 58% fruit and very little sugar to allow for a perfectly balanced sweet, but with a hint of acid, flavour. Absolutely no colouring agents nor artificial flavourings are used.
We believe that by using only organic and natural products (no additives or preservatives) and by sourcing from only reputable suppliers, we are able to get the best flavour in our ice creams. Our recipes take into the consideration the time needed for each flavour to mature and develop its full potential.
