This is one of my favorite places in all of Veracruz and certainly has the best chocolate! The Gelato is amazing and I love their hot chocolate or the crepes as well. It also has comfy couches and a beautiful view of the ocean

Its on the lower floor. Great place to have a coffee, better music than up top.
