Hands down best ice cream ever. I love the idea and all their flavors. The ice cream is not too sweet but really refreshing and rich in taste. You can sample all of them before you order. Once you are ready head to the register, choose your cone or cup and pay. Then they call your name when it is your turn. They recommend doing three to four flavors for the rose cone and you can definitely specify which flavor you want in the middle. Employees were very nice and patient explaining everything and providing excellent service. Definitely recommend getting ice creme here when in this mall.

First time trying gelato at Amorino Gelato Al Naturale. -Inside Woodfield Mall. Delicious gelatos and the creativity of the way they did the cone is really amazing. Not to mention it’s delicious! The customer service is excellent. Naomi was great! She was very patient and kind with me as I tried different flavors! I had the cone with Lemon, passion fruit and Hibiscus. We also had a scoop of coconut! We will be back! Yum!😋😋

I had a great experience at Amorino in Woodfield Mall. Even though the shop was pretty busy when we visited, the service was excellent. Javier, in particular, stood out—he was super friendly, patient, and professional. We asked to try a few different samples, and he didn’t hesitate or make us feel rushed at all. It was clear he wanted us to find something we’d really enjoy, and that made the whole experience even better. The ice creams and sorbets were amazing—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. My favorites were the mango and strawberry sorbet and the pistachio gelato, but honestly, everything we tried was delicious. The presentation was beautiful too, especially if you choose the signature flower-shaped cone. Overall, Amorino is a must-visit if you’re in the area. Great desserts, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere even when it’s busy. Huge thanks to Javier for making our visit so pleasant!

Amorino ice cream not only delicious but it is also beautifully presented. I love how they shape a flower for you out of ice cream. They have a lot of flavors of gelato, drinks and desserts.

I’m a big coffee fan, but I didn’t like the coffee gelato here — it didn’t taste quite right for me. However, the pistachio flavor was amazing: rich, creamy, and delicious. The presentation is beautiful, and with so many flavors, there’s something for everyone. A great place to treat yourself after shopping!
