New York - Greenwich Village

I visited this place because my friend wanted gelato. We were both drawn to the waffles, so we decided to get a Waffle with pistachio gelato and a chocolate macaron. The rich pistachio flavor paired with the whipped cream and waffle was amazing—I couldn't get enough! We finished it all and left feeling satisfied!

I stopped by for a quick snack and had a crepe with tiramisu and caramel drizzle, topped with dark chocolate sauce, as well as a cone of gelato with mango, strawberry, and vanilla flavors. The taste was amazing! The ambiance is great, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

It has a wide variety of gelatos, a section of fruit gelatos and another milk-based section. Its flavor is exquisite and it does not contain too much sugar, which is pleasant to consume, it is so good. I highly recommend the " dulce de leche " , " stracciatella " and " raspberry " flavor ! .

People might claim other gelato/ice cream shops are "great", but they probably have never been to an Amorino. By far the most consistently fantastic gelato shop outside of Europe I've come across. We always make a point to stop at one when we're in NYC. Their dark chocolate ("Amorino chocolate" ) is fantastic, and pairs well with the caramel and its little crispy bits. Passion fruit is nicely tart, and the mango is super rich for a sorbet. The lemon is also very nice. The coconut was good on its own, but really shined when paired with the dark chocolate. The staff was meticulous in making sure the presentation was on point. Great experience overall.

I was on a casual stroll with my friends and we wanted to stop by a cafe to get ourselves a quick cup of coffee and found Amorino’s on our way so we passed by. I got myself a nice flat white and some macaroons, absolutely beautiful and tasty the both. The flat white had a very good balance between the coffee and milk which really elevated my day, unlike most other places where they always overdo one of them. As for the macaroons the overall texture and creaminess was very rich in flavor which really made it melt all the way in my mouth. I got a pistachio flavored one and my friend got hazelnut. Would definitely recommend passing by this Gelateria, i’ll be coming back to give their gelato a try and give another google review
