Hello Friends, I hope all is well. I had my new tarmac sl8 expertly built by the highly skilled team in the Pro Shop. Chris even did the programming of di2 and the hood buttons on the spot. My comfort level has improved dramatically. I no longer get numbness on my hands or low back pain. All my metrics went up. John is patient and caring during the fitting. These guys are great. All repairs, big and small, are done professionally and at a high level. For example, they've set up tubeless tires for me at a really reasonable price. They also fixed my error with installing a new crank with a power meter. Some repairs are done on the spot. Only the tough repairs require a check in. Prices are either spot on or lower than expected. Really nice guys too. Probably the least judgy bike shop guys I've ever used. Highly recommended.

I am a proud owner of a new bike from Bicycle Pro and I couldn't be happier with how they worked with me. Andre and Chris generously shared their knowledge, answering all my questions, and ultimately guided me (with great patience) to the right bike for me. Their name is an accurate reflection of their expertise, inventory and customer service: they are pros to the max!

This town has a large number of bicycle shops; some franchises and some independent. I live with access to six of them. I would only constantly recommend bicycle pro shop. Incredible customer service is unparalleled to anywhere I’ve been. Prices are incredibly fair and they are easily accessible For anyone. I never leave there without being happy. I’m always happy to give them my money.

Great shop! They have always gone the extra mile to help me out. I also have gone to various other bike stores around the DMV because I live in MD but go to school at GWU so this shop is close and convenient to school but far from my place. Stopped going to the bike shops near my place because they charged more than Bicycle Pro Shop's convenient prices (suprising cause its in Georgetown I know), and quality of work.
