A civilized version of a traditional souk. Very nicely arranged, the merchants are much less insistent and disturbing than in the classic bazaar. Many interesting things that you can buy from dozens of stands. A lot of very nicely decorated restaurants, where alcohol is also sold, making you forget that you are in a country where it is difficult to find something like this in a restaurant. The whole complex is surrounded by a system of canals, which you can ride on an abra, for a rather high fee

Its a lovely placel that is made to create the ambiance of a souk. I loved the decor and the touches that made it different from regular malls in Dubai. The shops resemble the shops of a souk. It has and old architecture style and is lovely.
