London - West End

This is apparently a chain of ice cream parlours; wasn't sure when we visited but I did see another branch in London. They serve very nice ice cream in a wide variety of flavours. The experience did, however, lack much human interaction. You place & pay for your order using a touch screen machine. The counter staff then just call you over to collect your order once it's ready. Unsure if eat-in & takeaway prices differ but we ate in. There were a few tables & counter seating. I particularly liked the Fior di Latte with Tropical Fruit (passion fruit?) & the traditional Amarena cherry. It was very busy when we visited due to this pro-longed heatwave but ice cream stock levels were still good.

The gelato was delicious, and beautifully presented in the famous flower shape. The flavours were fresh and perfectly balanced. A special thanks to staff member Iram for the excellent service she was very friendly, polite, and made the visit even more enjoyable with her warm attitude and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended for both the amazing gelato and the great customer service!

Best gelato chain in London! They have something for everyone (as long as you like your milk completely frozen and delicious). They do not tell you this but the grande macaron is massive!

​I had a fantastic takeaway experience at Amorino Gelato Cafe. The pistachio, chocolate, and hazelnut mix was rich and authentic, and the mango sorbet drink was incredibly refreshing. ​A special thanks to Sampath for being so lovely and welcoming! His excellent service made the visit even better. If you’re in West Hampstead, this is a must-visit for top-tier gelato. Highly recommended!

Stopped by the Amorino next to West Hampstead station for a sugar fix and left very happy. The gelato is genuinely good—creamy, rich, and you can’t beat the theatre of watching them shape it into a perfect flower. I love the environment inside; it feels bright and welcoming, a nice little escape from the bustle of the high road. It’s a solid spot for a treat, hence the 4 stars—my only tiny gripe is that it can get a bit busy, but that’s a sign of a good place, right?
