I have been wanting to try this place since it opened but I wanted to wait until the heat wave started. And when you have great weather and ice cream that is the best combination you can ever get! The ice cream itself was delicious great flavour and premium gelato texture that made it worth every bite and lick. I went for the chocolate/blue berry cheesecake and caramel mix. And I also tried other flavours. The seating in the shop is very limited. You have to order on the large touchscreen via contactless payment and they call out your name when ready. It is a bit on the pricey side but it's not something you everyday so it's a nice option to treat yourself. The staff are nice and friendly and you ask them to try some samples before you decide what to order. All options are all halal/alcohol free friendly, like the tiramisu option. Overall, beautifully presented ice cream that deserves to be shared with special people!

Soo delicious gelato and coffee, highly recommend, we have no other choice for gelato in Birmingham, I tried this brand in different countries and the quality is the same. Just better to add a jug of cold water in side the shop in summer time

Great gelato! It was quite crowded when I visited, but ordering is smooth once you find the self-service kiosks on the back wall. £6.30 for 3 flavors feels fair to me as they were all really good! The hazelnut with gianduja topping was insane, the topping was a really rich hazelnut cream (much better than nutella!) And if you order a cone, they shape the gelato into a pretty rose!

Gelato at its best. You can try as many flavours in a single cone or a cup is a magic wow😍

Excellent. Delicious ice cream, fast and friendly service in a beautiful and atmospheric store. I'll be a regular visitor. I'd advise anyone to try it.
