I had such a great experience at Amorino thanks to Bilal! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain all the different ice cream flavours in detail, made sure we fully understood the ingredients and any allergy concerns, and even let us try a few before deciding. His customer service was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and delivered with a warm, welcoming attitude. It really made the whole experience feel special. On top of that, the ice cream was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Bilal is a real credit to the team—thank you for such a lovely visit!

Bilal was lovely helped me out quite a lot as it was my first time here. Took his time to take me through the process and all the flavours and was very attentive to my allergy. Will definitely visit again

Got a cup of icecream with the screen they provided with their menu. I chose 4 different flavours and it came to £5.30 which is absolutely worth it 😋 They also do crepes, waffles, hot chocolate and other yummy bits too. Well worth checking out if you’re in Lakeside and are craving something sweet. 10/10 taste and interior too.

Easy to pass an order on the screen, no waiting time as quite few a screen available. Large choice of flavours. Really nice flavours; we loved halzenut, pistachio and the new gianduja. One star down as in the seating area they were some tables who were not cleaned, with mess on it left by previous customers.
