I visited Amorino at Legacy West in 2020, and it remains one of the most memorable dessert experiences I've had. The gelato was incredibly smooth, flavorful, and beautifully presented in their signature flower-shaped style, which made it feel both artistic and indulgent. What stood out most was the quality of the gelato and the attention to detail in its presentation. The variety of flavors offered something for everyone, and each one tasted rich and authentic. The location itself had a vibrant atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a dessert while exploring Legacy West. Although it was a premium-priced treat, the quality, presentation, and overall experience made it feel worth it. Years later, Amorino is still one of the first places that comes to mind when I think of exceptional gelato in the Plano area.

So my friend and I came here on a whim last week, and everything about our experience was an absolute DREAM! As soon as we walked in, it was so cute and clean inside and the customer service was AMAZING! It was our first time here, and Vaughn was SO sweet and super patient with us while we sampled different flavors and he gave us the best recommendations! I ended up going with the classic cup with 4 flavors. I did the Mango Sorbet, the Organic Lemon Sorbet, the Passionfruit Sorbet, and the Blueberry Cheesecake gelato. This was easily the best sorbet + gelato I've ever had in my entire life! This combination of flavors was absolutely PERFECT. Seriously, SO refreshing, velvety and delicious! Each flavor had the perfect amount of sweetness + tartness. You can tell they use the highest quality of ingredients! This place is an absolute gem and I can't wait to come back! 1000000000/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

On a Monday around lunch we were some of the very few people there so service was quick! Loved the ordering kiosk option, it was efficient. We got an iced americano, dark hot chocolate with whipped cream, and chocolate and pistachio macarons. Everything was fantastic, especially the hot chocolate! Restrooms are available.

Got the Salted Caramel + Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato in a cup. The gentleman who helped me was so sweet. He asked if I had been there before and let me try out a few flavors. He even threw in a macaron for me!
