What a Gelato experience! The flavours were all delicious and decadent. I got the Cherry, the Blueberry and the Mango, but in a cup. Came with a Macaron which was great too! Lots of seating options. Both outside and inside, including a second floor! A great location and a must stop when you’re visiting Windsor Castle.

I visited Amorino Gelato in Windsor with my friend, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff treated us very warmly and provided excellent service. A special thank you to Hema, one of the staff members, who kindly invited us to taste different ice cream flavours and helped us choose what we liked. She took special care while preparing our milkshake and chocolate ice cream cone. Everything tasted delicious, and we really enjoyed the friendly service. Thank you so much to Hema and the entire team for making our visit such a lovely experience. I strongly recommend Amorino Gelato in Windsor to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and excellent customer service!

I am a regular at Amorino in Windsor and I not only go there for the amazing gelato and coffee but for the service. Everyone is lovely but I need to mention the manager, Kasia, by name! She really cares for her customers and delivers service with love and a smile - it makes you feel really welcome. I can not praise her store enough!

Manager Kasia is a true gem of this place! She knows how to advise, take care of every customer, and help perfectly with choosing flavors. Her service is not only professional, but also full of joy, warmth, and positive energy. Always smiling, with great jokes and a friendly attitude, she makes every visit a real pleasure. The service under her leadership is truly wonderful – you can feel that every customer matters here. I highly recommend Amarino in Windsor, especially meeting Kasia – it really makes you want to come back!

Come here regularly. Hands down best ice cream brand in UK and this branch is great because of the ample seating. Had a small issue and the owner rectified it and went above and beyond, I’m not surprised why it’s got such high ratings. Great ice cream, great service and lovely atmosphere.
