A Distinctive Contrast of Textures

Each Macaron al Gelato is crafted with two carefully matured shells, designed to achieve a texture that is delicately crisp on the outside and softly tender within.

At its heart lies a creamy gelato or refreshing sorbet filling, creating a refined contrast between cool smoothness and light pastry structure.

All recipes are gluten-free, offering a sophisticated treat suitable for a wide audience.
