To celebrate the summer season, Amorino unveils its new Ciao Estate collection, a gourmet edition showcasing two brand-new flavours inspired by the most refreshing tastes of summer. Created to accompany the warmer months, this seasonal collection combines innovation, artisanal expertise and carefully selected ingredients.

Among the highlights of the Ciao Estate collection, the Reduced Sugar Red Berry Sorbet stands out with its unique profile. Made from a blend of strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant, it delivers an intense flavour in which the sweetness of the fruit is perfectly balanced by delicate tangy notes. This new frozen creation is also a genuine innovation, containing 30% less sugar than the average sorbet available on the market, a low glycaemic index (a glycaemic load of 7 per 100 g) and just 93 kcal per 100 g. Vegan and gluten-free, this Amorino sorbet combines freshness, indulgence and lightness.

The collection also welcomes the Milk Blossom & Exotic Fruits Gelato, a frozen creation combining the delicacy of milk blossom with the aromatic intensity of exotic fruits. Enhanced by a tropical fruit coulis, this new Amorino gelato reveals a perfectly balanced combination of creamy sweetness and fruity freshness.
