Today, we celebrate Gelato Day.
The perfect occasion to remind ourselves that our gelato goes far beyond a simple ice cream.
At Amorino, this vision, upheld since 2002 by our founders Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi, guides every decision. Their ambition was clear: to share a demanding Italian tradition, where nothing is left to chance.
Less air incorporated, a carefully controlled fat content, and a slightly higher serving temperature than traditional ice cream.
