Incanto: an exceptional frozen dessert for the festive season

Incanto: an exceptional frozen dessert for the festive season

To end the year on a high note, Amorino unveils an exclusive new creation: Incanto, a limited-edition frozen dessert that captures the full magic of Christmas. Inspired by the Cremino, a chocolate speciality from Piedmont, Incanto reimagines this great Italian classic in a frozen version that is both indulgent and refined. Its Christmas tree shape evokes the festive spirit, while its textures and flavours celebrate the art of Italian gelato.

A play of textures and iconic flavours

Incanto brings together two of Amorino’s signature flavours: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Gelato and Mawardi Pistachio Gelato. This creamy base is enhanced with:

  • a smooth salted butter caramel insert with caramelised pecan pieces,

  • a crunchy dark chocolate praline layer,

  • and a Cremino Pistachio coulis delicately coating the dessert.

A white velvet finish, reminiscent of snow, and hand-applied gold leaves elevate this creation and add a festive glow to end-of-year tables. Each bite reveals a perfect balance between indulgence and finesse, promising a unique moment of sharing around an original recipe.

A limited-edition dessert made to share

Designed to serve 8 people, Incanto embodies the Amorino signature: the meeting of Italian craftsmanship and festive generosity.
Available from November 2025 in all Amorino boutiques, this frozen dessert is set to become the centre-piece of your festive meals.

A unique tasting experience… with prizes to win

To extend the magic, each Incanto box contains a Golden Ticket to scratch. Some reveal exceptional surprises, such as:

  • a weekend for two in Rome,

  • or a year of gelato on us.

And that’s not all…

In addition to the Golden Ticket:

  • 50 Bronze Tickets offer the chance to win a Grande Gianduiotto frozen dessert of your choice,

  • 5 Silver Tickets grant a full year of gelato.

A joyful way to celebrate the Dolce Vita, from 17 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.
