From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They were knowledgeable about the flavours and eager to help me choose among so many tempting options. A special shout-out to how patient they were letting me sample flavours without rushing—small gestures like that really enhance the experience. As for the taste, it was outstanding. The gelato had a perfect balance of rich creaminess and intensity of flavour. Their sorbets were fresh, vibrant, and not overly sweet. Every flavour I tried was distinct and natural-tasting, not generic or artificial. The texture was silky and smooth. The little details—presentation, the scoop, even the aroma—added to the delight. Overall, Amorino in District 5 offers top-tier gelato paired with excellent service. I left happy, satisfied, and already looking forward to my next flavour adventure. Highly recommended for anyone craving high quality ice cream or gelato in New Cairo.

I am a loyal customer to Amorino in France and I was so happy it opened in Egypt. I have tried 3 flavors and I can confirm that quality is impeccable and by far the best ice cream in Egypt. I took the kids size with 3 flavors, quantity was modest, but the taste was exceptional. I also got to taste as many flavors as I wanted before I chose. Will definitely pass by more often.
