London - Chiswick

I recently visited Amorino Chiswick and was thoroughly impressed! Their gelato, wafer sticks, and macarons are absolutely delicious—each bite better than the last. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional customer service. I had mistakenly chosen the dark chocolate gelato on a click and collect order, but the attentive staff checked in with me to confirm whether I actually wanted dark or milk chocolate. This thoughtful question was much appreciated, as I had indeed intended to select milk chocolate. It's clear they truly care about their customers' satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch treats and service!

Amazing! I have never had such perfectly made waffles before. I immediately wanted more of this when I finished. I dont even think the other branches compare to this one, menu options wise at least.

I dont know why so many reviews have issues with the screens, it feels easier, faster, and more accessible. Either way the gelato is gelato. Several flavors and all taste good. Being able to add a macaron is fun. The milkshakes felt a little small/lackluster for the price, maybe too much milk in ratio to gelato? I suggest going with a cone or sundae to get more, both of those were hits with the group. Havent tried the waffles yet so I might have to go back at least once

Really tasty ice cream and a nice selection of flavors. Prices are a bit on the high end though which makes it a bit prohibiting.
