San Antonio - La Cantera

It was our first time here. The smell of the bakery is what pulled us in. We saw images of crêpes and that’s what we were hoping for, but unfortunately we learned they don’t have crêpes on the menu. We ended up ordering waffles with coffee, which were warm and crispy, especially good with a chocolate drizzle, and everything is beautifully presented. The also offer gelato which is smooth, rich, and clearly made with quality ingredients, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The shop itself is charming, clean, and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for a dessert break. Ordering is easy, and service is friendly and efficient. Overall, it’s a delicious treat and a perfect spot for something sweet. Definitely coming back when visit La Cantera. Well done!

This place was delicious. We tried so many flavors. The raspberry and coconut were my favorite. Not pictured was the affagato that was amazing. I got pistachio and coconut in mine. The whole evening was perfect.

I had chocolate and pistachio gelato. The gelato is very smooth, balanced flavor and you get generous amount for the price. Nice ambiance for short break. I do recommend it.

Absolutely amazing experience at Amorino Gelato! From the moment we walked in, everything was top tier — clean store, beautiful presentation, and incredible flavors. Yesenia gave us some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell she cares about what she’s doing. She made our cappuccino perfectly — smooth, rich, and balanced — and the waffles were fresh, warm, and delicious. The gelato itself was incredible, and the way it’s shaped into a flower is such a cool touch. But what really made us want to come back was Yesenia. Service like that makes the whole experience different. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!
