London - Westfield Stratford

This is the third time that I have encountered this gelato shop. It does not disappoint me as my previous shops in Barcelona and Chicago. They maintain the same quality in different parts of the world. We order Passion Fruit, Sicilian Mandarino, Sicilian lime and Basil, Indian Alphonso Mango and Sicilian Lemon sorbets. They are all very refreshing after my heavy dinner. Wow, the business is really picking up 30 minutes before closing.

We went there for the first time. Its was a great experience for both of us. I tried most of all flavours specifically pesto one is the best. Their service was too good & fast, I Surprised in that type of crowd how they can served without any kind of frustration's. That time sitting area was messy by a child but i told them & manager the lady she come & make it clean by herself & give us computable space. Hats off. Thank you & keep it up. Thank you all the team. whenever i will go to Stratford I will never miss this again. Thank you team & Manager.

2nd time I’ve bought ice cream from here and both times I absolutely loved it, the price of the gelato surprisingly low when compared to its true value, due to it not only being extremely smooth but also tasting truly natural, not like other ice cream parlours where you can tell they’ve used flavourings rather than the ingredients themselves, but also the skill to make the cones into roses has always impressed me. I love how despite getting the smallest cone size, both my friend and I were able to enjoy 3 different flavours. I’d picked tiramisu, coffee and strawberry (even though strawberry isn’t complimentary to the other two I thoroughly enjoyed its sweetness). My friend on the other hand picked pistachio, coffee and wild cherry I think it was. Would definitely recommend to order ice cream here any time you’re craving a cold and sweet snack when shopping at Stratford.

The young boy who served me was polite and gave great recommendation for the flavours! Made a great flower shaped ice-cream cone. I will definitely visit again!

I come to Amorino twice a week, and I have to say the service here is always exceptional, especially thanks to Nithya. She’s incredibly friendly, patient, and always greets you with a warm smile. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help you choose the perfect flavor, offering suggestions and making sure you’re happy with your choice. Nithya is super responsible and clearly takes pride in her work. The place is always clean and well-organized when she’s around, and her professionalism really stands out. She genuinely makes every visit a great experience. Honestly, employees like her are rare and she absolutely deserves a pay raise. It’s because of Nithya that I keep coming back. Huge thank you to her for consistently amazing service!
