Me and my family order our fav.. affogato ice cream with coffee. It taste amazing.. the other I recommend if you love sorbet their lemon and strawberry sorbet are great for summer time. One of the staff sakshi she's really nice and very friendly. She gave a great service. Thank u sakshi

Amorino’s new branch in Newcastle is a welcome addition to the city. It had only been open for three weeks when I visited, and already it is living up to the brand’s reputation. I have now been to five Amorino locations across the UK, and one thing stands out immediately: the consistency. From the gelato itself to the friendly, helpful service, every visit feels just as excellent as the last. They seem to hire a particular type of staff who are genuinely welcoming and make the experience even better. The gelato is, without a doubt, some of the best in the world. The flavours and choices are always amazing and it is clear that quality is at the heart of everything they do. I cannot wait for a other opportunity to travel again and visit another branch as I dont have a local one, and enjoy it all over again!

Thanks Chai for the prettiest gelato rose! I Love an Amorino and got the classic cone with Amarena, blueberry cheesecake and pistachio and the cup with dulce de leche, Gianduja topping & hazelnut and pistachio! All the flavours were amazing and Chai provided excellent service!

I had an amazing experience at Gourmet Hot Chocolate. The drinks were absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Every sip felt like a real treat. What truly made the visit special was the exceptional service from Neha. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great drinks, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding service by Neha. Ashok is very nice. The ice cream he makes is so beautiful, it’s like something created by an artist. It’s amazing. The ice cream tastes great too. I had pistachio ice cream, and i can really taste bits of pistachio in every bite. The chocolate flavor is very rich as well. It’s a really nice shop, and the interior design is excellent too. I highly recommend everyone to come and try it.”
