Absolutely amazing. Generous portions, full of flavour and just a generally really good experience. One important thing worth mentioning is that the ice cream is actually kept at -18 and its texture it’s exactly what’s supposed to be. We’ve been served by Bilal who was very patient and helpful.

Bilal was lovely helped me out quite a lot as it was my first time here. Took his time to take me through the process and all the flavours and was very attentive to my allergy. Will definitely visit again

Pricey but worth it as the best ice cream I have had. My fave was hazelnut and pistachio. Servers were quick and kept place clean.

I had such a great experience at Amorino thanks to Bilal! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain all the different ice cream flavours in detail, made sure we fully understood the ingredients and any allergy concerns, and even let us try a few before deciding. His customer service was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and delivered with a warm, welcoming attitude. It really made the whole experience feel special. On top of that, the ice cream was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Bilal is a real credit to the team—thank you for such a lovely visit!
