What stood out most, however, was the exceptional customer service. I had mistakenly chosen the dark chocolate gelato on a click and collect order, but the attentive staff checked in with me to confirm whether I actually wanted dark or milk chocolate. This thoughtful question was much appreciated, as I had indeed intended to select milk chocolate. It's clear they truly care about their customers' satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch treats and service!
