A Unique Contrast of Textures

Each Macaron al Gelato is made with two matured shells, crafted to achieve a delicate balance between a lightly crisp exterior and a soft interior.

At its core, creamy gelato or refreshing sorbet creates a refined contrast between chilled smoothness and fine pastry texture.

All recipes are gluten-free, offering a sophisticated dessert experience suitable for a wide range of preferences.


Available Individually, in Boxes, or as an Extra
