To celebrate the holiday season, Amorino introduces Incanto, a limited-edition frozen dessert inspired by the Italian Cremino — a confection created in 19th-century Piedmont, made of three layers of gianduja chocolate. Shaped like a Christmas tree, this frozen dessert for eight brings the magic of the holidays to life with its refined textures and flavours. It combines two of Amorino’s signature gelato flavors — Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and Mawardi Pistachio — with a soft heart of salted caramel and caramelized pecans. The base is a dark chocolate praline crunch, topped with pistachio Cremino, finished with a white velvet glaze and delicate gold leaf.
Roasted pistachio notes blend with the sweetness and delicacy of vanilla. A salted caramel center and caramelized pecans add indulgence, while the dark chocolate praline crunch balances each bite. A pistachio coulis subtly evokes the signature taste of Amorino’s gelato.
