Jasmine, a small white flower with an enchanting scent, is the star of many romantic tales. Some say, for example, that Cleopatra set out to conquer the heart of Mark Antony in a ship whose sails were coated in jasmine essence. Our favourite legend is the Indian one featuring Kama, the god of love, whose arrows were adorned with jasmine flowers. It would be nice to add jasmine arrows to our cupid, don’t you think? Besides all the tales and legends, jasmine is, along with the rose, one of the queen flowers of perfumery. Inspired by its use in perfumery and by its fascinating backstory, we decided to add this floral touch to our new sorbet.

Our Sour Jasmine Sorbet combines the floral note of jasmine with the tangy sweetness of fruit. This sorbet is made with raspberries, Sicilian lemons, mandarins, and the extract of Egyptian Jasmine gives a final and almost addictive touch, like an enchanted elixir! This is a type of sorbet that we call "full fruit" because of its high percentage of fruit: minimum 45% (20% in case of sour fruit). This flavour goes particularly well with our Organic Lemon and Organic Grapefruit sorbets.● No artificial colouring● No artificial flavouring● No flavour enhancers
