Amazing gelato and the friendliest service! If you are visiting the Prague Old Town Christmas markets, this is a must-visit stop. The quality of the ice cream is incredible; the Pistachio and Coffee flavors were standout favorites for me. It’s also a great spot to warm up with a hot chocolate. What really made the visit special was the service. Daniel and Emmanuel were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with big smiles. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality in a busy tourist spot. Highly recommended—I’m already planning my next visit!

Stopped here during late night sight seeing simply because it caught my eye and I was not disappointed. They had a range of flavors and the presentation was just too cute. Staff were polite and friendly, and helped choose my order despite the language barrier.

He is friendly, efficient, and handles customers with real care. His product knowledge and attention to detail make the experience even better. You can see he takes pride in his work, and it reflects in the service. If you want high-quality gelato with great customer service in Prague, this place is absolutely worth the visit. It was a wonderful experience with Daniel. Manuel answered all our questions and was very cheerful. We tried their chocolate, which is even better than Nutella! We also got a crepe and a waffle, and I definitely recommend them! 😍

The gelato was so so good! Very nice smooth flavor, fresh and very well made. The raspberry macaroon was also fantastic and extremely fresh, basically melted in the mouth. The staff was very friendly too. Good spot to sit outside or by the window!
