A Unique Contrast of Textures

Each Macaron al Gelato features two carefully matured shells, crafted to achieve a delicate balance between a lightly crisp exterior and a soft, tender bite.

Inside, a creamy gelato or refreshing sorbet core creates a surprising contrast between chilled smoothness and refined pastry texture.

All recipes are gluten-free, offering a gourmet experience suited to a wide range of preferences.
