Today, we celebrate Gelato Day.
The perfect opportunity to highlight that our gelato goes far beyond ordinary ice cream.
At Amorino, this vision has guided every decision since 2002, inspired by our founders Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi. Their ambition was clear: to share a demanding Italian tradition where nothing is left to chance.
Less air incorporated, carefully balanced fat content, and a slightly higher serving temperature than traditional ice cream.
Intentional choices that deliver an immediate difference: a denser, silkier texture and flavors that express themselves with clarity and depth.
From this commitment was born our signature — gelato shaped into a rose, petal by petal — now recognized around the world.
