Incanto: an exceptional frozen dessert for the holiday season

Incanto: an exceptional frozen dessert for the holiday season

To end the year in style, Amorino unveils an exclusive new creation: Incanto, a limited-edition frozen dessert that captures the true magic of the holidays. Inspired by the Cremino, a traditional chocolate specialty from Piedmont, Incanto reimagines this iconic Italian classic in a frozen version that is both indulgent and refined. Its Christmas tree shape reflects the festive spirit, while its textures and flavors celebrate the art of Italian gelato.

A harmony of textures and signature flavors

Incanto brings together two of Amorino’s most iconic gelato flavors: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Gelato and Mawardi Pistachio Gelato. This creamy base is enhanced with:

  • a smooth salted butter caramel center with caramelized pecan pieces,

  • a crunchy dark chocolate praline layer,

  • and a Cremino Pistachio sauce delicately coating the dessert.

A white velvet finish, evoking freshly fallen snow, and hand-applied gold leaves elevate this creation and illuminate holiday tables. Each bite offers a perfect balance of richness and elegance, promising a unique moment of sharing around an original recipe.

A limited-edition dessert made to share

Designed to serve 8 guests, Incanto embodies the Amorino signature: the union of Italian craftsmanship and holiday generosity.
Available from November 2025 in all Amorino boutiques, this frozen dessert is set to become the centerpiece of your end-of-year celebrations.

A unique tasting experience… with prizes to win

To extend the magic, each Incanto box contains a scratch-off Golden Ticket. Some reveal exceptional surprises, including:

  • a weekend getaway to Rome for two,

  • or a full year of Amorino gelato.

And that’s not all…

In addition to the Golden Ticket:

  • 50 Bronze Tickets allow winners to enjoy a Grande Gianduiotto frozen dessert of their choice,

  • 5 Silver Tickets grant one year of gelato.

A joyful way to celebrate the Dolce Vita, from November 17, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
