Macaron Tiramisù

Our Tiramisu gelato layered between a chocolate and a hazelnut macaron shell.

Legend has it that Tiramisu was prepared for the first time at the end of the 15th century in Siena to celebrate for the visit of the Duke of Tusany. The Duke fell in love with this dessert and brought in back to the court in Florence, and from there its reknown spread throughout Italie. Since the chefs have tried different biscuits, different fillings...but Amorino has chosen to stay close to the original recipe for our gelato interpretation..

With its smooth texture and soft biscuit pieces, our gelato has all the creaminess of the authentic Itlaian Tiramisu. The coffee and cocoa tastes are intense but well balanced and blend perfectly with the mascarpone. The rich and intense taste will delight the taste buds of all true 'foodies"!. We have used a gluten-free recipe to suit as many people as possible. The perfect matches for this flavour are our Amorino chocolate and Coffee. If you are looking for a unique match, try Coconut or Blackcurrant.
