The ordering system is very efficient - can order via a touch screen menu or in person at the counter. The range of flavours is very extensive. I tried the Stracciatella which was made with a very creamy melt in the mouth ice cream and luxury chocolate pieces - fabulous!

One of the best gelato places I’ve ever been to. I love that if you order a cone, they shape whichever flavours you choose (1-4 flavours) into a rose, it was so pretty I didn’t want to eat it!!

Salmiah, she was the MVP of the shop that day. We visited and I was bringing my graduation robe along, and she offered a bag for us. What a kind hearted gesture! I hope the management recognises her actions, amazing service out of her responsibilities! Thank you, Salmiah!

First time visiting this place. The ice cream is so beautiful its worth a visit just to see how they sculpt and make art with it. The waffle and crepe were good. Self-service touch screen ordering system was cool !

Although the presentation was lovely and the service was swift, the ordering process does not make it easy to find something you would enjoy. While you cannot yet view the gelato flavours, you place your order using tablets. Additionally, you are unable to choose the flavour that is used to fill the cone's centre. However, the ice cream is delicious, creamy, and comes in a variety of flavours. Even in the UK, I wouldn't say it is the best ice cream I have ever tasted. It was pricey and absolutely not worth £10.10 for a signature cone. It is, nonetheless, a charming tourist attraction in the heart of Cardiff. I advise for a single time trial but not for whenever you fancy an ice cream. 💰
