They share their tasty experience at Amorino

Amorino is one of the best gelato places I’ve visited! The concept is fantastic—you can choose multiple flavors, and they beautifully combine them into a single gelato rose. It’s a great way to try different flavors without having to pick just one. The gelato was incredibly flavorful, creamy, and delicious. Every flavor we tried was excellent, and the presentation made the experience even better. A must-try if you’re in the area and love gelato. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the gelato at the Amorino. The taste is fresh and creamy and they have many unique flavors. I also appreciate that they offer good vegetarian options and clearly label ingredients in dietary restriction. Great place for dessert lovers.

After visiting two times, I can only say that Marie does one of the best lattes in Chicago! Great execution with a really, really good flavor profile and depth. She and her colleagues also do a great job in managing the crowds. As this place on Michigan Avenue is located in the vicinity of several major tourist spots (Art Institute, Millennium Park, Bean) it can get quite busy, especially on afternoons with good weather. The staff is really working hard to give everyone quick and friendly service. While most patrons come for Amorino’s many different sorts of ice cream, I can only recommend trying their coffee drinks as well. For those wanting to stay a little bit longer, there is plenty of seating in a cozy atmosphere. If you manage to snag a seat close to the windows, this is also a great spot for people-watching on the lively corner of Michigan and Monroe.

The ice cream had fancy flavors and has a good quality. The texture is soft and smooth, also great. And best of all, they can make all of your flavors into a flower! The toppings were also solid, like the macarons. - Dasha Feels like a unique offering (at least to a tourist from DC like me!) We visited around noon on a Monday in July, it had a steady stream of customers but not busy. Gelato has lovely creamy texture - I got a classic cup and combined a tangy lime/basil with mascarpone and three types of nut flavors - pistachio, peanut and hazelnut. Really enjoyed that you can get small amounts of lots of flavors. My kids got small cones that get filled like flowers and topped with a macaron - a big hit. I like that the spoons are made of pressed paper! The staff are lovely folks! ☺️ - Olga
