Amazing service and flavors both times I have come here. The employees are so helpful and willing to explain the flavors so you get exactly what you want. I had the tiramisu and dulce de leche with the vanilla that is pictured below. I highly recommend the combo or just the dulce de leche if you are a caramel fan!

We were visiting Chicago and my kiddo was craving some gelato, so we decided to give this place a try. My kiddo thought the gelato here was actually more authentic than what we had recently back in our city. The flavors were absolutely excellent and true to taste. The staff member was patient and kindly let us try a few different flavors before we made our final choices.

Liz is the very best worker that Amorino has had. She is really friendly and extremely helpful and definitely deserves a big raise. Her cones and kindness immediately reflects on how hard of a worker she is. And the speed is impressive, I was in and out quick! I’ll definitely be recommending this place.

Darwin and Diego were incredibly attentive, and their service was polite and professional throughout our visit. They made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. I would highly recommend this ice cream shop, especially because of the outstanding attention Darwin and Diego gave us. We will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend brought me here for our anniversary because Amorino is my favorite, and it did not disappoint. The gelato was as amazing as I remembered, but Nilmar somehow made the experience even better. He was so patient while my boyfriend spent what felt like a lifetime trying to decide on flavors 😂. He happily let us sample what felt like every gelato flavor without ever making us feel rushed. Between the incredible service, delicious gelato, and anniversary memories, this visit was perfect. We’ll definitely be back… and hopefully my boyfriend will have his flavor picked out before we get to the counter next time!
