GELATO FROM FRANCE - GREAT QUALITY AND SERVICE! Jalil and Shianne provided the most amazing customer service! While there’s a self-service option, they went above and beyond by offering to help us personally. They patiently let me sample different flavors until I figured out exactly what I wanted, and even made the coolest flower-shaped ice cream on a cone — you can choose multiple flavors of gelato or sorbet, all shipped and flown in from France. They went the extra mile by offering me a cup, had super positive and personable attitudes, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our experience. They also gave great recommendations, kept everything very clean, and made sure the gelato and sorbet were well-stocked and beautifully presented. Excellent experience — highly recommend!

This is one of the best gelato places I’ve ever been to—it might just ruin regular ice cream for you! The quality of the ingredients and the variety of flavors speak for themselves, and the taste is even better. I was welcomed by two amazing people, Shianne and Johnathan, who served with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys a cold, sweet treat with great service.

I love this ice cream!!! The best in Dallas It’s so rich and creamy And you can choose however many flavors you like Also the best part about it is that you can get chocolate cone too their signature cone is my personal favorite! I highly recommend this place to everyone viewing this.

Came here about a week ago, first time trying gelato and it was delicious!! The lady there was very sweet and offered us samples, super patient with us. It’s soo cute how they make a rose. Lots of great flavors my personal fav mango and passion fruit

This branch owner and store staff righted a wrong that was not their fault. I had an order delivered many hours before the requested delivery time and unfortunately it ended with my gelato melted on my front porch. I called the store and service number and the branch manager did everything he could to make up for it including a refund, and sending the order again at the correct time. Thank you so much to everyone involved in fixing this. The gelato was AMAZING! I will continue to eat here and rave about what good customer service I experienced.
