Houston - The Galleria Mall

Finally - a gelateria in Houston that's worth the dollars. Pistachio, almond and caramel. The almond was below average (low intensity flavor) compared to what I'm used to in Europe, but the caramel blew me away and the pistachio was on point. Lovely service too. Aesthetically: they make pieces of art. Classic flavors, no crazy stuff. Flavor variety/creativity: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Structure: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Bonus point for service

We hit up this spot after lunch 'cause we were totally craving something sweet. We loved every scoop of the flavors we picked - Mango, Strawberry, and Hazelnut. You gotta check this place out if you're looking for a dessert fix.

I came to Amorino on a date with my boyfriend and was helped by Michael. He seemed to be the only employee working at the time, but he still managed to assist us quickly while staying friendly and professional. I’m very indecisive when it comes to flavors, and he was super patient in helping me figure out what I’d like best based on my preferences. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush me, even though I took a while to decide. I ordered the classic rose-shaped raspberry gelato, and I was honestly so impressed when he handed it to me. I had seen some reviews where the flowers didn’t look the best, so I was a little nervous, but mine was beautifully made. Overall, great service and a great experience!
