Houston - The Galleria Mall

We hit up this spot after lunch 'cause we were totally craving something sweet. We loved every scoop of the flavors we picked - Mango, Strawberry, and Hazelnut. You gotta check this place out if you're looking for a dessert fix.

I had such a great experience thanks to the amazing customer service I received from Michael at the ice cream shop. He was incredibly nice, patient, and helped me choose the perfect flavor. Michael made sure my order was just right and even offered helpful suggestions with a smile.

I came to Amorino on a date with my boyfriend and was helped by Michael. He seemed to be the only employee working at the time, but he still managed to assist us quickly while staying friendly and professional. I’m very indecisive when it comes to flavors, and he was super patient in helping me figure out what I’d like best based on my preferences. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush me, even though I took a while to decide. I ordered the classic rose-shaped raspberry gelato, and I was honestly so impressed when he handed it to me. I had seen some reviews where the flowers didn’t look the best, so I was a little nervous, but mine was beautifully made. Overall, great service and a great experience!

I love this place! Not only are the flavors amazing and the way the gelato is presented so beautiful, I also greatly appreciate the employee service. I was served by Michael who was attentive and friendly in our interaction. Would definitely come again if I have the chance!
