Lourdes

A very good ice cream shop with a modern concept and a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly — especially the young gentleman, who was in a great mood and really spread positive energy. You can feel that customer experience matters here. The ice cream with cone was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. I had a yogurt Amarena with red berries, and it tasted very fresh and delicious. As a nice gesture, he even added some extra berries on top, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. It was also quite busy, which is always a good sign that everything is done right. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely come back.

visited this place quite a few times while on holiday in lourdes and the service was always very good. all the staff are friendly and attentive. also regardless whether or not you speak french the staff accommodating some are even multi lingual which is something i admire highly.

The ice cream was so beautifully made and the staff were so patient and lovely considering we didn’t know much French! Definitely will be coming here again next time!!

My partner took one bite and said its the best ice cream he s ever tasted. (Chocolate hazelnut on a crepe)Also first time having flower shaped serving on a cone, loved it. And amazing that even in smaller servings you still get to choose 3 flavours. Pistachio was fantastic and hazelnut. Lovely service x
