Come here regularly. Hands down best ice cream brand in UK and this branch is great because of the ample seating. Had a small issue and the owner rectified it and went above and beyond, I’m not surprised why it’s got such high ratings. Great ice cream, great service and lovely atmosphere.

Manager Kasia is a true gem of this place! She knows how to advise, take care of every customer, and help perfectly with choosing flavors. Her service is not only professional, but also full of joy, warmth, and positive energy. Always smiling, with great jokes and a friendly attitude, she makes every visit a real pleasure. The service under her leadership is truly wonderful – you can feel that every customer matters here. I highly recommend Amarino in Windsor, especially meeting Kasia – it really makes you want to come back!

Fantastic Gelato! Many delicious flavors including blueberry cheesecake. Staff is very friendly offering samples and pairings of different flavors. Just a great place to come for an after dinner dolce!

Super friendly staff esp the lady in the pic! Missing her name.. she is absolutely lovely and very polite and cordial during each visit! The whole staff is very welcoming! As for the gelatos, it’s splendid and my fav is dark chocolate which I find hard to get at any other place!

Amorino Gelato, a chain that truly gets it right! This is by far the best gelato I've ever had, paired with the friendliest staff who took great care of me during my visit. They helped me decide what to choose from the many options by offering samples of each. While the price might seem steep to some, and even I hesitated a bit before spending the money, I ultimately decided to go for it—and I don't regret it one bit! I'll be returning next week!
