Had an amazing icecream experience at Amorino at York, UK, while visiting from Toronto. Mr. Masood is super friendly who let me taste multiple flavor before choosing the ones I wanted to buy. Anyone who wants to beat this summer's heat should definitely try it. Amazing ambience and very well designed icecream parlor. Highly recommended for visitors.

Absolutely delicious ice cream! Had three flavours and all of them were delicious. I don't usually like cherry flavoured things, but it was out of this world!! Thanks very much to the lady that served me, for her recommendation. Brilliant service.

Great ice cream with lovely flavour and presentation, but the wait was far too long. Only two staff for a large queue — I waited over 30 minutes. Better staffing would really improve the experience.

If you love your ice cream then this is definitely the place to try it looked very welcoming from the outside but has you stepped foot through door the loverly lady was very helpful in what to choose also helped with the self service payment which I would not have had a clue how to use then I went to sit upstairs admire the comfy seating plus the view over the street I might have to r Try new flavours or a cone next time but definitely tasted fantastic.

I had such a great experience at Amorino Gelato in York, and I have to say it’s easily one of my favorite desserts in the city. The gelato is always fresh, rich, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality in every scoop. The presentation is beautiful too, especially the signature flower-shaped cones. What made the visit even better was Gandhar, who served us. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to help with flavors, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed. It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much. Between the incredible gelato and the amazing customer service from Gandhar, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier dessert spot in York!
