Pineapple and Yuzu Macaron

A superb collection of small delights. Our gelato filled macarons have the distinction of being made in our laboratory, located just outside of Paris. They are assembled and filled by hand using the various flavours of gelato and sorbets created by our artisanal gelato makers!
